I’m starting to use Time Boxing. I'll try to dedicate specific blocks of time for focused work on tasks. For example, I set aside 9 AM to 11 AM and and 2 PM to 4 PM for deep work, staying fully focused and avoiding multitasking or interruptions during that time.

@dimhold Time boxing can really help with maintaining focus. I am curious, do you use any tools or apps to help you stay on track during those blocks?

I try to set a consistent bedtime and sleep earlier to gain more energy so that I can boost productivity on daytime.

This week, I'm starting the habit of time blocking, where I allocate specific time slots for focused work on tasks, minimizing distractions and enhancing concentration. Additionally, I plan to incorporate daily reflection sessions to assess progress and adjust priorities, ensuring continuous improvement in productivity.
