My go-to mid-week energy booster is a quick 15-min HIIT workout sesh. Blast some pumped up tunes, knock out a few burpees, jumping jacks, mountain climbers etc. Gets the blood flowing and endorphins pumping for a nice natural energy surge to power through the rest of the day 💪 Way better than chugging another coffee IMO.

20-Minute Park Effect. A 20-minute mindfulness break spent outdoors, soaking up the sun and breathing in fresh air, can work wonders. Taking a moment to clear my mind and move my body helps recharge both mental and physical energy.
Midweek, I swear by a cold glass of water and a quick power nap.
