What's a good productivity tool that helps you recall your memory and information in the past?

Airtable.

@nikkielizdemere thanks Nichole! Airtable works well with data points but can't do anything with images or text, and the friction seems quite high from fully adopting to the platform, i'll give it a shot, thank u!
I use Trello. Simple but powerful
@tymzap Thanks Tymek, Trello is great, i used something similar(Clickup) in the past for project management. It just takes way too long for ur team members including myself to populate the space, wish there was something that's integrated with your routined work flow already, not switching to a whole new platform🧐
For me, Notion (https://www.notion.so/help/guide...) is a great tool for remembering things. You can write notes, create daily tasks, and organize everything in one place, making it easy to find and review old information when needed.
Additionally, good file management can help you keep track of important files. For example, you can use third-party tools like iBoysoft MagicMenu (https://iboysoft.com/magic-menu/) to add essential files, software, or URLs to the quick access menu, allowing you to access them quickly by right-clicking in the future. You can also move files to the appropriate folders more efficiently, so you only need to remember the folder name to find them later.
If you're using a Windows computer, you can also check Clipboard History (https://support.microsoft.com/en...) , which stores everything you've copied, making it easy to retrieve information whenever you need it.
@harold_gary Thanks Harold, I'm a big fan of Notion as well, it's great for project management IMO, also great for after gathering all your thoughts and using it to produce the final document. However I still find it not quite efficient when I need to access my knowledge base, need to switch platforms back and fourth and unfortunately it kills my flow.
I like using Notion to organize my notes, ideas, and memories. It has powerful linking, search, and tagging features that make it easy to find and connect info from the past. Plus you can embed all kinds of content like images, videos, and files to add context to your notes.
I use Notion for this. It's a powerful all-in-one workspace where I can store notes, tasks, and any other info I want to recall later. The search and linking features make it easy to surface relevant memories and knowledge when I need them. Game changer for my productivity and mental clarity!
