Curious to hear from you!
How do you personally maintain a sustainable work-life balance? What kind of routines do you have in place to make this work?

Regular training. It helps to get my thoughts off work and support both my mental and physical health.

I make sure to squeeze in any form of exercise into my day, even if it's for 10 minutes
Here's my daily morning routine:
- Wake up at 6:00 AM
- Meditate for 15 minutes
- Get a snack
- Go to the gym for 30 minutes
- Get breakfast
- Drink coffee and read a book
- Listen to a 20 - 30 minutes podcast
- Start working at 10 AM
By doing that I get to stay mentally and physically healthy and be as productive as possible during the day.
What about yours?
In the morning, I like to wake up early & head to the gym. The adrenaline rush really helps me to wake up properly. I enjoy it & it keeps me productive & less cranky during the day. At night, I like to take out some time for myself - play some music, watch something fun & catch up with friends. Also, I avoid looking at any screen during my breaks to give my eyes a break too.
Don't think about work when taking a break

Dinner walk with my baby and coffee, evening walk with my dog π that are my must have!
Tbh for me work is life and always used to feel weird when people used to talk about work-life balance and felt insecure that do I actually don't have a life and that's why there's no work-life balance. But I eventually understood your life is what you would want it to be and chasing that dream became a solution and not finding work-life balance. And since then my life has been waking up, getting fresh, getting to work, planning my next day and sleep.

Great question Bren! Although I strive to one day reach the morning routine levels of @mohamed_zakarya
Currently, for work-life balance, I make sure to exercise 3-times a week (just what my plan has), eat healthily, and do something social on weekends if I find myself staying in lots during the week.
Honestly, screen time is something I'd love to cut down, so I've begun reading more fiction, yet, I still find myself using my phone/laptop for more entertainment than I wish I did. I cut myself some slack though, it's winter where I live and a cold one, so there's not much to do outside (much more of a hot-weather person).
