- Listings or directories are a good place to be in BOFU
- As opposed to "How to, Alternative to, or Best tool for", BOFU keywords include "Price", "Trial", "Buy" that you can advertise for on GA, or the name of your product.
- In a way Case Studies are also a BOFU tactic, because you're most probably speaking with the customer after a call
- Making an offer with limited time to push the deal is also a good tactic.

Not sure who's Dekker Francis, but probably this is related to ABM, where the funnel is turned upside down, so you'd start by BOFU.

What I think is I would try to establish a balance between Inbound, Outbound and ABM. Most of all because in B2B sales cycles take time, so if you have an MQLs goal, or calls/demos per month, you won't make it.

Basically, your efforts today will show up results only next month or further.
