As a designer I'm constantly sharing files and links with clients for review and team-members for collaboration. Would love to hear what people are using to share files - and what are some of the biggest headaches you have when managing and sharing files. What does your perfect file-browser / file-sharing platform look like?

I frequently us Notion and Dropbox to share files. These two serve different purposes purposes, but it would be great if there were a product that could seamlessly support both document sharing large file sharing.

I usually use Google Drive, it can be super convenient but also really frustrating. The security concerns are real, especially when you're working with sensitive files. And yeah, once folders get messy, finding stuff can feel like digging through a junk drawer. It's not ideal, especially when you're trying to stay professional with clients - It would be much helpful if a there's a file sharing platform that makes the whole process intuitive and secure. It’d have strong encryption for peace of mind, easy organization tools to avoid folder chaos, and seamless sharing without access issues. Bonus points if it’s got a powerful search feature to find anything in seconds and a clean interface that makes it enjoyable to use. That’d make sharing files so much less stressful.
