    This one is a tricky one. What do you mean with "Productivity" exactly? .. Same for "Efficiency"? After consulting a bunch of IT companies that's the discovery. "Productivity" means something different for multiple audiences. :) What are your main metrics and what units are you using? (The question of the Tools can be solved after knowing this)

    @aalvz The measure of productivity i have in mind is the amount of work performed in a given time period (let's say in a day). There are lots of factors that can impact on this. And the work quality should be good.

    @nairi_baghdasaryan And what is 1 unit of "Work performed"? Like: 1 Document of 1 page a day? .. "Issue tickets"? " Story Points"? .. What would that one be? .... The following question would be: " How will you measure quality?"
