I personally enjoy using Intercom for chat support— it's like having a virtual concierge for your customers! Have you explored other platforms to see which one gives you that perfect fit like Cinderella's glass slipper?

We also use crisp. We also used Intercom. They have a good startup program but after one year the platform is quiet expensive.
