The first thing that you need to do is to have a MVP in place as quickly as possible. Define your ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and then start speaking to them. Get them to try out your product and get their reviews. Make sure the value proposition is very clear. Get those early customers and try to get your product validated through them. Once you achieve product-market fit, focus on marketing your product. Set-up systems in place. Build a superstar team that follows the same vision and keep executing your plan relentlessly.
