It's corny, but I can't start the day without coffee. The bigger and stronger the better
And if I'm lucky enough to wake up at least a couple of hours before work, a walk in the park to the sea is the best way to start the day, definitely
@lera_shekh The sea is truly wonderful. There was a time when I lived just five minutes away from it for several months, and it felt like a constant surge of energy.
