I have already written about it in a separate discussion. We spent too long developing our first startup in theory. We started talking too late with the companies that would later pay for our solution. My learning number 1: Ask potential customers for feedback right from the start.

One of my earliest mistakes was underestimating the importance of a targeted launch strategy; I spread the word too thinly across multiple platforms without a clear focus. This taught me that a well-defined, platform-specific launch plan is crucial to capture the right audience's attention and gain traction.

@swayammi7 We could have used a little more time to build the momentum for our launch. We released our social app product in 3 weeks of preparation. Btw, we launched our social networking platform, Tigbar today. Mind supporting us.

Hire too fast for my marketing agency to compensate for legitimity. I think it's a mistake many first-time founder do too. An experienced founder is rather looking to keep the process efficient and lean :) no useless hire. What's yours Swayam?

One of my early mistakes was underestimating the importance of user feedback loops; I focused too much on features without ensuring they were what users actually needed. This taught me to prioritize customer discovery and incorporate feedback much earlier in the development process.
