1:1 interviews
1:1 Interviews will give you the answers for questions and also its easy for you to understand your user and their future needs.

I'm using a few methods:
Customer calls
Feedback survey from newly registered users
Discord community
Public roadmap
G2 reviews
The best ones are simple surveys and customer calls but we have a lot of users so it depends on which stage is your product in. Are you just starting?

@jerryton_surya1 The best way is to use Zapier and send it to Productboard for insights :))
@pm_optimizer we are trying to collect G2 reviews as well, collecting reviews in G2 helps us know our customer better at the same time we can rank better and collect some fancy badges 😁
By getting text or video testimonials

Hope this helps!
There is a range of methods to gather feedback, including user interviews, surveys, A/B testing, social media monitoring, and customer support interactions.
We also leverage product analytics to gain insights into how users are interacting with our product and where they may be encountering issues.
