What measures do you take for product security and privacy during the product management process?

The core product team should be responsible for the security, privacy and performance of the product. This team should be responsible for creating the privacy policy, managing access to data, and making sure that products are secured and up to date.  You should have a security team that works as an independent team reporting to you so that they can be held accountable for their own processes.
