What makes you hesitate when introducing a new tool for your team?

Trying out a new tool, especially if onboarding is simple and low/no cost, is one thing for yourself... but what about your team? When you learn about a new awesome tool here on PH, what do you need to know in order to invite your team to try it? What makes you hesitate?
