Have you ever used a product and thought: “This is exactly what I needed!”? Some products anticipate our needs so well that they feel almost magical.
What makes a product like that? Is it deep user research? Brilliant design? Perfect timing? Or just sheer luck?
From my experience, it’s a mix of understanding the user’s problems, making bold but thoughtful decisions, and constantly refining based on feedback. But even with all that, some products still miss the mark.
