What major lessons did you learn from your first launch?

I learned that a hard paywall for an app was asking too much from users. Almost no one converted and actually got to enjoy the app, and so I've removed the hard paywall in order to give people a chance to experience the app before having to sign-up. Check it out:

How come you don't think people were willing to pay? Hard to tell the value right away?

@dave_malicke I'll follow your journey! I'm deciding for my own product if I should have a trial or do paid only
@entreeden Yeah, that’s what I’m thinking thinking. So I changed it so users can use the app without signing up for 14 days, and then after 14 days the paywall will appear. I’m excited to see if that makes a difference
