What KPIs or metrics will you be measuring on your launch day?

We have just launched today (https://www.producthunt.com/posts/hurree) and am curious to know what everyone else measures to determine a successful product launch.
We are looking closely at the number of free trials our product receives, the number of reviews, the number of upvotes, the number of visits to our website and our overall ranking on PH.
Am I missing anything major or what else do you think is important to track?

Haven’t launched yet but we’ve set our KPIs already … sharing them anyway :
- number of upvotes (PH)
- number of website visits & bounce rate
- number of sign-ups
- number of active users and some internal KPIs that will help us determine how they using the app
And obviously the conversion rate on each stage of the funnel 🤔
Thinking to launch use Facebook Ads and Twitter Ads as well to drive more traffic that day so will track their respective CPC and conversion rate.

@ashleigh_mccabe that’s some great insights you sharing here! Looking forward to your launch and best of luck 🥂
@jonathantahiry These are definitely a strong set of KPIs!
What I've found interesting so far during our launch is the number of people who have clicked our 'notify me' button on our coming soon page and then the number of actual upvotes doesn't exactly match (so far anyway), but we still have a few hours left of our launch!
@jonathantahiry We just launched today! Would appreciate any support or feedback on our product :) https://www.producthunt.com/post...
