I work for Document360- An AI Knowledge base software.
It offers more robust capabilities to build a Knowledge base for public and private audiences. Yes, you can create product docs, support docs, release notes, and add demo videos to your knowledge base along with the work instructions for your user manuals.
On top of this, it has AI features that make it easy for users to search instantly, and writers can avail assistance in creating tags, SEO descriptions, and categorizations.

For product demo videos, I'd say, upload to YouTube and make it unlisted. Then embed anywhere and everywhere.
Freshdesk Knowledge Base is good.
Thinksy
I use Loom or OBS for demos and upload to YouTube unlisted like @romiojoseph said
@romiojoseph @entreeden Thanks, each of you advice is what I am using for demo videos but wondering what would be a good be to create a knowledge base page to integrate YT videos into.

@david_mcanulty One more thing here. If you are looking for search supported docs, go with the CRM supported platforms. Like hubspot
