There are 2 kinds of Founders do,
1. Lazy Champions
2. Over Enthusiasts
๐ญ. ๐๐ฎ๐๐ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ are people who would start to outreach people through email blast tools without any necessary feedback.
Some people do invest a lot of time talking to their potential customers, but that's still not product feedback...that is category feedback.
" Category feedback is about if your vision as a product is useful or not, Product feedback is when you know if both your Category and User Experience are worth it or not "
Solution:
You should invest at least 90 days to collect feedback, offering free trials to your potential Ideal Customer Profile to validate your PMF.
๐ฎ. ๐ข๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐ป๐๐ต๐๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐๐ are people who rely overly on validation and not on your gut as a founder,
Cause data is almost never significant enough in the early stages, that's where talking with your current users, or potential early adopters consistently becomes so important.
Solution:
I would advise building a community to do this consistently and with minimal effort.
"Believe it or not, your instinct is more reliable than you think."
P.S- I'm a Lazy Champion๐
