A speech -> to -> rich-text-notes app. It would be incredibly useful for me during meetings. I usually take a lot of notes (helps me stay organized) and this can be dangerous if I lose some bits in the process. I'd love to have something that produces rich text notes for me just by listening to the conversation.

I'd love to see an app that acts as a real-time health monitor, leveraging wearable technology to detect early signs of illness or disease and offering personalized advice for diet, exercise, and stress management. Additionally, it could utilize AI for real-time emotional support, acting as a mental health companion.
