What issues do you face managing all your SaaS? How do you deal with it?

It is common that more SaaS/tech stacks are being taken up for each new (or expanding) project & member. Convert Kit, Zoom, Calendly, Canva, ChatGPT Pro... We ended up subscribing to more SAAS/tech stacks as individuals or as a team. Do you face any issues/frustrations subscribing to so many SaaS simultaneously? How do you solve them?

For myself, I track the monthly billing (how much I spent in total on SaaS) and renewal date (for annual / discounted plan) using excel. That means I have to upgrade regularly in case I'm adding a new plan...I dare not say they are well organized in spreadsheet either.
