What is your opinion about personality typing? (MBTI, etc.)

Is it a powerful sociopsychological tool, or just a sh*t, in your opinion? (I'm something between ENFJ and INTP, that's why I think this typology just shows your predispositions, but isn't something static and indeed can change as your personality evolve, and it can be really beneficial to use it - but only in this way)
