"My Monday routine consists of an early morning workout, followed by planning my goals for the day. I prioritize tasks at work, attend meetings, and work on projects. In the evening, I engage in personal activities and prepare for the rest of the week."

It might sound funny, but every Monday I'm looking forward to listening to my Spotify Weekly Discovery list. Gym and a damn good cup of coffee before starting work. And then I sit and write down the list of my daily tasks. It must be written down on a paper, somehow help me to be more disciplined.

@orysia_khimiak This sounds just like my Mondays! Im all about the written task list. The best part? You dont need AI to do it, just a simple pen and paper.

@orysia_khimiak hey, that doesn't sound funny at all, sounds like a symphony to my ears, to be honest. music, movement, and mindfulness, all bundled into a morning ritual – i'm here for it. the joy of discovering fresh sounds from your spotify, the endorphin rush from the gym, and that rich aroma of coffee swirling into focus... followed by the grounding ritual of penning down tasks on paper. it's like you've got a sensory orchestra tuning up your day. written tasks on paper have their own charm, don't they? like inking a pact with your day. plus, nothing quite beats the satisfaction of physically crossing things off. thanks for sharing your rhythm, might be some notes here i can dance to in my own mondays. here's to making each day a masterpiece, one note at a time 🎶

yeah, i'm into paper notebooks, probably because I love to cross out tasks i've done and my reward system is celebrating even when one tak is done ^_^

Set intention for the week ahead. Prioritise important calls only. Block time for deep work.

hey there, mondays for me are like catching the first wave of the week. i start with a meditative moment of stillness, just me and the morning brew. then i dive into my notes, finding solace and stimulation in my past thoughts - it's like having a chat with my past self. then i'm onto tackling the most challenging task for the day, ride that wave fully before the high tide of emails and meetings roll in. interspersed are moments of movement and hydration - can't forget to refuel the vessel. wrap it all up with some quiet reflection, and a dash of leisure reading or doodling to keep the creative juices flowing. let's keep surfing the weeks 🌊

Coffee, procrastinate, distract my co-worker, more coffee. 30 mins of work, 60 mins of a break and so on

Usually starts with getting my planner and making a to-do list fo the whole week. I'm at my most productive on a Monday because I feel that if I start the week right, it will be better.
