@zignis my personal favorite is Bayashi, I could sleep with his tiktoks playing in the background like brahms for babies. Then next is Zach Choi, he's a pro chef.

Anything that's white noise doesn't have to be a show, but nat geo wild, shark week, or cooking ASMR tops my list and calms me when working.
