I think team building is an ongoing process, not just a one-time event. While specific activities can bring people together, true camaraderie is built through continuous engagement. Regular interactions, such as coffee breaks, casual meetups etc. are super important IMO

In our team, it's a collaborative workshop on a project. This way we understand each other better and of course it helps us to unite. Especially when we manage to realise a crazy idea and emotions start to overflow from joy and the possibility of working together.

Playing online co-op games like Codenames. For offline In-person games or outings, such as escape rooms or team sports, work great too.

My favorite team-building activity is a collaborative problem-solving challenge, like an escape room, because it promotes communication, teamwork, and mutual support in a fun and engaging way.

We try to finish our meetings early enough so we have enough time to play an online multiplayer game (we work remote a lot). Our go to is curve crash. Lot's of fun!

My favorite team-building activity is a friendly coding competition where we challenge each other to optimize code efficiency. It's like a digital bake-off but with algorithms instead of ingredients - fun, challenging, and a great way to bond over our shared love for tech!

I discovered a unique puzzle game called Subway Surfers Word Blocks. This game combines the fun of word puzzles with the excitement of the Subway Surfers theme. It's https://onlinegame.fan/puzzles/s... a great way to challenge your brain while enjoying a familiar setting. If you're a fan of puzzles and word games, Subway Surfers Word Blocks is a perfect choice for you

Crewting for us, as we are mainly remote and therefore stay in regular contact. We see each other in coffee breaks, where we chat but also sometimes get to know each other better through a quiz. When we're in the office from time to time, I think it's great to eat together. And of course company parties, like at Christmas! 😁

We once played Minigolf at a very creative court where every whole is a different film scene. It was fun, we all laughed together and there were lots of joked involved!

My favourite team building activity is that every 90 days we run have a remote team company wide ritual / half day event where it’s themed and we do a 1 hour team building workshop. You team up with other team members outside of your core team so you learn to better cross collaborate across teams and build a much stronger connection as a wider company. One of the themes we did; is Lip Syncing, and the teams has to lip sync as a group to a song for 30 secs! It was so fun to see and experience how creative everyone can be under a short period of time πŸ•°οΈ 🀩

Since we are mostly remote, we play skribbl.io and gartic.io, really fun and sometimes hilarious drawing games.
