My favorite is JavaScript for several reasons. It's a versatile language widely used for building interactive web applications, both on the front end and back end. It also has a robust developer community, is relatively easy to learn, and has high demand.

It really depends on what I'm building but I've grown fond of Python for building early proof of concepts and its versatility. I also am very fond of C and C++ for embedded electronics.
