Favorite would always be Mixpanel but now I've started to use June. Some features of June really makes sense for a b2b SaaS company. You can use them side by side and get different perspectives of your customers.

Google analytics. I have heard of mixpanel- one of my previous companies even used it on the product team. Never truly experienced the tool myself.
