What is your biggest frustration ?

Hello PH Community, Sometimes in work, everything doesn't go the way you want it to and there's nothing you can do about it. What is your biggest frustration? I remember working on a project, mobilizing the resources internally and a week before the launch, everything is cancelled because of a sudden budget cut. That was the reason I had to leave.
