What is the toughest decision you've had to make?

When I received a job offer from a company 300 km from my home. I wondered whether I should move alone or decline the offer.

breaking up with my childhood girlfriend... it was tough but I had to, it was draining me mentally.

One of the most difficult decisions I've had to make was to leave my career to focus on raising my child. It was difficult to chose one but I eventually chose what I thought was best for my child's well-being.
