1) I hired employees during the most challenging phase of my business.
2) I'm currently working on a new product that's entirely distinct from my existing business.
Regarding outcomes: I believe that risk is the defining factor that sets entrepreneurs apart from others. So, accepting risk is a regular part of the process.
