And how did you find it? For us, we spent time filing through Reddit forums, searching for recurring complaints. Lmk!

Dehydration. We didn't actually use reddit until after we built our product - but it's been incredibly validating! We're launching tomorrow - see our link in the "launching soon" pill by my name 🙂 👆

The shortcomings of the Google Play search and Apple App Store search. It's not possible to comprehensively search for mobile apps, and it's very difficult to find the best apps for a certain purpose, or apps with specific features. In particular, high-quality apps by independent developers are hard to find. For me, this was an obvious problem, so I created App Finder (https://skyica.com/appfinder/, https://www.producthunt.com/prod...), currently for Android apps, soon for iOS also. Some specific issues with the Play Store search I only fould later through research, see e.g. https://xdaforums.com/t/app-6-0-... and https://xdaforums.com/t/app-6-0-...

I've been a big soccer fan and player for quite some time, so I saw firsthand the problems that team management had to deal with. So I decided to follow my passion and create a helpful product for them. My app, Steerer, is here to help with team management, networking and building connections in the community, and finding sponsorships to make teams stronger 👇 producthunt.com/products/steerer

@michaelshver that's awesome! i also played soccer K-12 but unfotunately quit after HS due to knee injury. What were the problems that management had to deal with, and assuming ur talking about professional soccer?

@yukioyama time management and analytics, networking to find new opportunities for the team, and the biggest one - finding ways to get sponsors. And these things are exactly the ones we want to help with 🔥

@michaelshver Is this specifically American soccer, and what level of play are you targetting? Btw what position did you play? Was a RM back in the day :)
