What is the one thing you find vital while pitching your product to investors or prospects?

Those two are fairly different. For the investors, at least in earlier stages, the team and the general vision matter a lot, while the nitty-gritty details of the product are less important.
Prospects don't care much for those, they care about your product solving their pain (at least in B2B). So demos, pricing details, and case studies matter far more.

@marin_smiljanic Sure they are different, investors would like to understand the business on a macro level at first touch. Demos or case studies are great tools to prove that your product really works and solves the prospects' problem, would you say they are a must for a SaaS tool?
