Discord. I've mentioned this a few times already in other topic posts. Discord just came naturally to use isnce the community around our app is on the platform 16,000 strong so far. We made a server just for our development team, we use it way differently than what Discord servers are used for. We have a channel where we post our to-do lists, features in 1 message at a time, this way we can create a thread on that message to discuss it, keep updated on it, etc. We make use of bots to help us with various things and automate stuff. It also voice channels where can stream video and screen share, voice calls, etc. which can all be done through direct messaes too.

@richw actually we're using discord, it's like you have your online office, and plus you can see who is in and who's out...

I know many managers and specialists who have been working remotely for several years. They all need task management, scheduling, and collaboration capabilities in real time. This is where modern project management tools like GanttPRO (https://ganttpro.com/) come to the rescue. The main thing you should consider is to be sure that such platforms have a free trial option so that you can study the functionality and evaluate their performance with your team.
