What is the most interesting gamification strategy you have encountered for a social media?

I feel Product Hunt for one uses a very interesting gamification strategy where not only does it make me wanna engage more on the platform but consequently also improves the quality of engagement in discussions.

Stack Overflow and Snapchat are 2 other platforms where I feel the gamification is actually good.

I think Duolingo does gamification really well. I think Wordle does a great job too! While these are not social media examples - I really like them :)

I’m a big sucker for streaks - and am always trying to maintain my streak on these apps!

I agree with you 100% about Product Hunt and Stack Overflow. I'd add Duolingo to the list, too, because the way it makes learning languages fun keeps people coming back for more. It's always interesting to see how sites use gamification to get more people involved and make the experience better for users.

@adithya_narayanan1 Duolingo is a great example. They have nailed gamification with streaks big time. Wordle is another one which leverages the way it shows stats in a big way.
