what is the most important role of a founder? 🧐

There are quite a few roles of a founder of a company. But the main role would be interconnect the main players (the coders, designers, marketers, ...) of the field (the workshop) and make a suitable field (the environment of the workshop) for them to play fairly. This is my personal opinion ^^
