Hmm, right now I'd say trial conversion is the one to keep an eye on the most. I suppose though, it's product/organisation specific.  What about you?

Also curious if you are estimating your customer acquisition cost.

For us is a growth rate of users and product quality metrics (there are several) that defines how good the product is.
