The best way to gather customer feedback is through surveys and in-app prompts that allow users to share their thoughts easily. Also, actively engaging with users via social media, support channels, and direct interviews helps collect valuable suggestions
Another good feature is to enter a special window just for this, where the user can find the answer to his question, leave a review, etc. 👍
