Probably swimming, with bicycling as a close second. End of the day, the best exercise is the exercise that you actually do, so you should prioritize something that you enjoy, and plan on sticking with for the long term.
@fam_socialfinance You are 100% right, no reason for doing high-intensity workouts every day for 3 days then being burned out and giving up.
I prefer walking in nature.

IMO the best sport is the one that stops me from thinking. Some people like to think about stuff when they go for a run. I just want to shut down most of my brain. For me it used to be Tennis, now it's Padel-Tennis. I just love it so much! I shut off completely and just think about hitting the yellow felt ball.
@moritztomasi I love padel tennis, I played a little with my friends and it's very easy to play even without playing tennis before. I also agree fully I played basketball every day for a solid 5 years and it was an amazing 'escape from reality, because when you are on the court, as you said, all you can think about is scoring the ball.

Favorite is basketball. Is it the best form of exercise for me probably not 😅

Running. You can keep thinking When you are running.
The "best" sport or exercise can vary widely depending on individual goals, preferences, and body types. However, swimming is often cited as a great full-body workout. It's low-impact, works various muscle groups, and improves cardiovascular health. Yoga is another option that promotes flexibility, strength, and mental wellness.
All I do is jog every morning.
The best general exercise is a mix of cardio and leg exercises for overall fitness. https://bestlegexerciser.com/
In my opinion, it's swimming. Because it very rarely causes injuries, and it burns a very large amount of calories while using not that much effort. Also, it is very good for joint pain and other injuries.

I alternate between running and stretching. I mix up my routine with a pilates workout sometimes as well, but I tend not to stick with It. Honestly, It really just depends on how busy I am.
Off late,I've been slacking a bit, and just been doing some walking and stretching, since I've got a lot on my plate, especially with SayData's big launch coming up in just 6 days on the 17th Aug!
PS: What advice would you provide to stick with a daily exercise routine?
@aditi_rao1 Just find something easy to fit into your schedule, and I know it's super cliche, but make sure you like it, so for example; I like to listen to podcasts or watch videos while I'm working out to distract me. But you can listen to music, talk on the phone, etc.

@ori_sela1 Thanks Ori, this is actually great advice. I do find that its easier for me to workout and feel more productive when I'm listening to music or watching a video!
If you want something really accessable for everyday - running or bike are clear winners. Agree though, swimming is great but you are bound by needed to go to a swimming pool(unless you have your own pool I guess).
Personally, I'm doing gym 3-4 times a week and other 3-4 days I'm running(sometimes social runs with RunUnited https://rununited.com/ , takes like 1h or so) or riding a bike for a few hours.
For me, the best way is Wall Pilates. Here is more about it if you are hearing it for the first time https://betterme.world/articles/... Losing weight effectively typically involves a combination of a balanced diet and regular physical activity. While Pilates can be a valuable component of a weight loss strategy, it's essential to understand that no single exercise or approach is a magic solution.
