We targeted groups and communities that were very close to what we did. We personalized and offered free trials which got us a lot of new users

We've spent around two months to find a narrow segment of target audience, so our reply rate was over 65%

@arbonum are you able to walk through the strategy / steps that you went through to find those niched down prospects?
    Roman Gordy
@dzaitzow 1. Real customer interviews. If you have your first three clients - ask them everything they want to say about your product. 2. Dive deep into the public forums / discord / reddit threads to soak all the terming and pains the audience has 3. Distinct fabulous audience (you them to buy your product) from real audience (they need some sort of solution so that yours may be that one)

Not relying on hacks is my #1 growth hack :) Understand where your customers are, go there, talk to them and share insights that are valuable to them. Do it for at least 3 months. Sounds boring but works magic.

@yulia_olennikova totally agreed!! collecting leads, nurturing them and follow up and what's not? but when it's about high-ticket it's yummy!!

I'm focusing on getting better and staying energized. Here's what I'm doing for that: 1. I wake up early. 2. I avoid sugar. 3. I meditate. 4. I go swimming. 5. I practice deep breathing. 6. I have a delicious and healthy breakfast with some coffee.
