What is next after you launch your product on Product Hunt? Is it increasing new signups?

During my time at Zoho, we used to consistently attract around 500 signups each day. Even with just a 1% conversion, we could secure over 100 new customers every month.
However, in the current landscape, it's becoming increasingly challenging to achieve similar results, despite having robust inbound marketing strategies. While these strategies might drive a significant number of visitors to your website, the actual conversion rates tend to remain quite low.
The fact is that SaaS buyers today are millennials, and they want to see the product in the first place to understand the value before investing their time on live demos or sales calls.
Do you get enough inbound leads, either in the form of demo bookings or signups? What is your strategy to increase the number organically?

I would suggest the following points
- Everyone is on social media try to promote over there
- Create a thread on indie hackers and explain what problem you are solving
- Collaborate with influencers and explain the one problem and it solution
- Be consistent on twitter and post over there and add hashtags
- Create a blog on your website and post over there consistently
- Do SEO and keyword research and check which keywords are trending
- Provide a small demo video when someone lands on your page
- Do experiments with every channel and check where is the highest ROI

@jagtarsingh2 Would you prefer the product to be self-service to see the effective results after we put all our efforts into the mentioned items?
@vijay_anand5 Yes, in this technology world products should be self-service for beginners
To achieve this work on the documentation and create a community where users can share the knowledge for example Atlassian, mail chimp
I have seen your website, I think you should add a product demo video what are the problems and solutions you are providing
following! I think for us the users from product hunt will be fairly different from our previous users. So it'd be interesting to see the usage data and user feedback
We are today so excited to see what this will look like!
@weiruye I see vizard.ai is in the PLG model. So, it is very obvious that you put your product in self-service for customers to see the value.
For the companies in PLG, my question is, How do you mitigate signups from non-ICP as well as spammy signups? Sales demos are essential to explaining the value of your product if it is niche or requires some assistance to understand. After all, not all products can be as immediately self-explanatory as widely recognized platforms like Slack or Canva.
the next step typically involves actively engaging with the community by responding to comments and feedback, monitoring the product's performance, and implementing marketing strategies to increase visibility and new signups, leveraging the exposure gained from the launch.
@millerphillip75 Buyers evaluate at least 5–6 vendors in parallel. They see similar information on all the vendors' websites and other materials. How do we stay ahead of the competition to express our own value proposition? Would PLG be the only way?
