I would say B2B.
1. They dont shop around for cheapest product.
2. For them time is more important than saving a few bucks here and there. And hence churn rate is low.
3. They need to for their business. Its not a fun app for them.

This is more personal thing – I found easier to be on B2C as you can communicate more through emotions. B2B is more orientated on data tho B2B is more lucrative in terms of money.
I'd say B2B is easier in many ways. B2B customers are more focused on the value your product provides to their business rather than just getting the lowest price. And B2B products often become essential to the customer's workflow, leading to high retention. But B2C can have advantages too, like a much larger potential customer base. It really depends on your product and target market.
B2B is definitely easier to start with. Once you land a few enterprise clients, you have a steady revenue stream without worrying about tons of individual customers. Plus those big contracts make fundraising easier. The challenge is you need a really solid product to get in the door with businesses vs. consumers who will try anything once.
B2B for sure. Businesses are way more likely to pay for a quality solution that solves a real pain point and saves them time/money. Targeting consumers is a race to the bottom on price. Plus business customers tend to stick around way longer if you keep delivering value. That low churn is key.
