What has been the biggest challenge in developing this product, and how did you overcome it?

Deprioritization and simplifying of features to ship faster. Initially, we agreed on the scope – we picked only crucial features to build MVP in 1 month. But in 2 weeks, we realized we were wrong in evaluating time. And we decided to cut and simplify even more. And this is hard. You must understand your customer segments and their needs to understand what can be cut off.
