Same for me - some cardio and light weights at home for 30-60min a day did wonders! I think everyone who works out sees an overall improvement. Exercising makes you commit to it, and this habit often translates to other areas in your life (personal, professional etc)

Getting (late to the party I might add) Whoop, have definitely seen a difference in my sleeps etc and I pay a lot more attention to physical health with it.
