I am fueled by the sense of feeling alive doing the challenging things, improving and getting closer and closer towards becoming an Investor and a general sage in my field. makes all the pain and faliures worth it!

@my3_murthy Thank you for the question Mythri, For me it's seeing myself do things that scared me as a signal for a great change in me, making something that will help people and and moving towards a goal of becoming a great investor.
WE are PEOPLE, not machines..., we do not need lubricating grease, money... What generates energy to create is correlated with the human-motor and the civilization. Noone is able to create rich things in a poor world full of misery.
Our fuel is the recognizing. To create avoiding a cynical work: our products must be relevant in the society where we live, and their people must grant the best of them.

My highest motivation is actually FUTURE - so I'm most motivated by thinking about, planning for and engaging in work that heads to a future orientation! (This is our Marlee product that informs this!)
