First of all, Biasβ¦. Which can result in unfair treatment, secondly privacy issues due to data collection and unawareness of the user. Thirdly, reduced human interaction between teacher and student, as AI βknowsβ it better and more.
I would focus classes on data and how to use data in a safe way. Like getting a driving license, getting your child data license ;)

With the use of AI, there may be a possibility that some corporates and governments, or any kind of influential organizations may find ways to use AI to manipulate children in extremely sophisticated targeted education.
I think using AI for education is great πͺπΌ
@techexplorer It's crucial to approach AI in education with caution and ensure it's used ethically to enhance, not replace, human teaching and learning.π
AI systems, trained on biased data, can perpetuate or amplify existing inequalities in education. For example, AI-powered assessments might unfairly disadvantage students from marginalized groups. ππ
@whitney_m12 That's a great point. It's crucial to consider the potential for AI to exacerbate existing biases in education. Ensuring that AI systems are trained on diverse and representative data is essential to mitigate these risks. π
The collection and use of student data by AI systems raise concerns about privacy breaches and potential misuse of information. ππ
@tegan_bradleys1 That's a great point. The collection and use of student data is indeed a major ethical concern associated with AI in education. π
AI tools might not be accessible to all students, especially those with disabilities or from underprivileged backgrounds. π₯
Relying too much on AI tools can weaken student's critical thinking and problem-solving skills. It might also take away teaching jobs and lessen the importance of human interaction in learning. Additionally, using AI in education raises ethical issues, such as concerns about data privacy when handling student information, the possibility of bias that could affect certain groups negatively, and a lack of clarity about how AI makes its decisions.
