Human only work 1-2 day per week in 10 years, in average. Many people don't have to work, or have no work.

@lightfield Does that mean one has to remain cautious of mass layoffs at bulk coming in the future?

Often ask this question to myself and discuss it with ppl too. It's definitely going to streamline a lot of unorganized way things function. Help ppl scale business and their potential. It's not AI that's going to replace human but a fellow human will replace another human! That's the truth. Having said that, at every point in time we will see technology advancing to make things easier. It's how we use that technology responsibly. 10 years from now, there will be a huge economic imbalance and then there will be a huge boom + new opportunities opening up for people across the globe. Helps businesses focus more on strategy, reduce go to market time, improve efficiency and give scope to expand beyond barriers. That's what AI will do. I did have a discussion with someone about Agentic AI being the future -
this might be an interesting take

less work, more AI in everyday - at home; at work; at government institutions

@juliia_m Exactly. AI is making life easier, both at home and work. It’s exciting to think about how it could improve things in government too.

Everyone pictures robots and sci-fi scenes, but I think AI's future is way more practical and human-centered. The future of AI is actually pretty simple - it's about making the complex stuff easier and the boring stuff automatic. Not robots taking over, but tools getting smarter at handling the tasks that slow us down. The real breakthrough will be when AI becomes as natural to use as a smartphone, just there in the background making everything work better.

@tjlarkin Exactly. AI will be more about improving our daily lives in small, practical ways. It's all about making things smoother and easier, without all the sci fi drama.

I expect innovative collaborations between artists and AI, transforming how art is created, marketed, and consumed, while fostering inclusivity and accessibility in the creative landscape.

@katerina_mirrart That’s a great point. AI has so much potential to open up new creative possibilities and make art more accessible to everyone. The future of art really does seem exciting.

AI is going to be a big deal in the next 10 years. We’ll see it making healthcare better with faster diagnoses and treatments tailored to individuals. Workplaces will change as AI takes over boring, repetitive tasks, but there will also be new jobs related to managing and developing AI. Education will benefit too, with more personalized learning for students. There will be some challenges too, like privacy issues and making sure AI is used ethically and fairly.
PRIYANKA MANDAL
@mehvish_shafiq ou're absolutely right. But you also bring up important challenges, like privacy and ethics. As AI becomes more integrated into our lives, ensuring it's used responsibly will be crucial. What do you think could be done to make sure we balance innovation with protecting people's rights and safety?
Share
@priyankamandal I think we need stronger regulations for privacy and data protection so people understand how AI makes decisions, accountability for when AI messes up, and ethics training for developers to think about the societal impact of their work.

Like internet I guess. Blend in our daily lives. We'll forgot we're using AI tools or AI-powered objects in our day to day routines. It will be pretty much similar to the book/movie "I Robots", without the robot rebellion. I'd love to agree with @lightfield for the work days. However I doubt that Capitalism will let us have our livfes and week back so easily. ^^

Not sure 100% but we are just at the tip of the iceberg with AI, last week I listened a podcast and it said that now AI has the same IQ Einstein had, and that is thrilling and scary at the same time, we have equaled one of the most intelligent persons in humankind history.

Really curious to see where AI takes the future of work. Automating tons of processes will leave people out of jobs. AI boom will also create many new opportunities. Wondering what the steady state will look like once developments plateau again. Will there be more or less jobs? Will the culture of work look anything like it does td? Where are we moving towards in regards to wealth and resource inequality / distribution?

I think AI will become more explainable and trustworthy, boosting confidence in critical areas like healthcare and law.

For me, the future of AI is all about collaboration. I believe it will be a tool that helps people from different fields work together more effciently whether its in research business or design.

In the next 10 years, AI could eliminate many repetitive jobs, but I also think there will be a rise in jobs that focus on AI ethics and regulation.

To me, the future of AI looks like personalized experiences learning from individual behaviors to improve health, education, and productivity.

AI rightnow is quite similar to internet in back 1990s. There is a lot of buzz around and people are trying their best to build something useful and impactful, which in itself is a revolutionizing phase. What next I can think of is, a co-existence with AI Tools, just as we use internet today. For sure, we are going to have lot of tools built upon foundational modals, that makes the human work easier. But still it's hard to visualise, AI becoming completely autonomous, atleast in the near future.

I believe the future of AI is filled with potential, but we need to be careful about how it’s developed. We need more regulation and transparency in AI ensuring that it’s ethical unbiased and works for the greater good of society
