Okay, I tested my content. So, I can choose based on the reactions of non-followers? If there’s no engagement, I won’t post it, and if there is, I will?

It's definitely an interesting feature! I can see it being useful for accounts with large followings who want to test content before going public. Smaller accounts may not use it as much since their goal is to attract followers and increase engagement.

Not sold yet. I usually prefer to share directly and see how it goes. Adding a step before posting might slow me down too much.

I’m not sure it’s something I’d use. Seems like a lot of extra work just to test a reel, especially when I can see how something performs live.

@imlindsay I kind of agree with you! I’d rather have the opinion of a selected audience to see how it performs. Not randpm people who are not part of my audience. But it may be a step towards this. 
I’ve discovered Growith (on the leaderboard today) which allows you to AB test videos to a selected audience with targeted questions for feedback. I’ll keep an eye out to see how the feature evolves on IG
