    What do you think is the best way to get user feedback for web and mobile apps in 2022?

    Apart from joining different communities that align with my idea - I have done some guerrilla testing in the past..I approached people in coffeeshops if I see them alone or not too busy and I ask them for 10 min of their time.. people tend to be nice and approachable

    Collect emails (or some other point of contact), reach out and see if you can organize a call with a user/customer. If you can, offer them something as a reward for their time.
