What do you think about remote？

I love it, but it's not perfect. Based on my personal experience, remote work has its clear downsides: communication efficiency decreases, building trust among colleagues becomes more challenging, and everyone tends to be more independent, lacking team spirit. Does anyone have any good suggestions? Or would you like to share your views on remote work? Despite these issues, if I had to choose a new job, I'd still opt for remote work!
