What do you think about organizing the interview process?

My friend and I are working to simplify, organize, and hopefully revolutionize the interviewing process. We’ve just launched the first version of our product, so you can try it. But, I’m currently focused on measuring interest and figuring out the best direction for the product. I’d love to hear your thoughts and feedback on the following: • Do you personally feel comfortable interviewing or do you think your process can be more organized? • In your current or past company, was the candidate interview process well-organized? • Have you ever noticed unfairness, like different interviewers asking different questions for the same position, leading to evaluations based on personal opinions? I’d appreciate any additional feedback or thoughts on this topic!
